Outstanding customer service! Due to a system error, the cardigan was no longer available in the size I ordered. Gaâla contacted me promptly, explained the situation, apologized and offered to send me a bigger size instead with an option to return the item for free in case it didn't fit. I ended up keeping the cardigan as the new size fit perfectly.
