How can you tell someone they made a correction and provide proof and the order is still sent to wrong address then when notified of a breakdown in system on your end, can you not resolve the issue and continue to say you are reviewing. Have an email trail for every conversation which clearly shows my attempt for correction or refund and promises that it would be resolved?
