I would really not recommend buying a phone from these guys I normally buy them off Wowcher and never have a problem my phone turned up fine but the camera and flashlight do not work I need my phone for work so I would need to buy a new one wait for it turn up and send this back but they refuse to refund me so I just have to put up paying a lot of money for a phone that doesn’t work properly really would not recommend buying from these guys if they can’t even check if the camera works seriously

The handset that I chose was the best price I could find on the web. Being refurbished and described as good condition, I couldn't be 100% sure of what I would receive. Handtec didn't disappoint. The product was easy to order, communication from the seller was excellent and the phone arrived in top top condition. I say tip top condition as although it was described as 'good', it was like a brand new phone with not a mark on it. I am delighted. I would 100% recommend using Handtec.
