Rapid delivery, the condition of the phone was as described (excellent). It arrived fully charged in a retail Pixel 7 Pro 5G box with a USB C to A cable and an A to C convertor, the transfer from my old phone was seamless and quick. I'd recommend moving photos and videos to another device first. A good measure of quality service is not having to contact Handtec for anything. This is how it was for me.
