Spending over £250 on a refurbished iPhone I expected better packaging that a little bubble wrap and cardboard sleeve it's not good enough for they money being spent. I have ordered 3 times before and it gets worse everytime. The phone was a gift for my son and to say it was disappointing is a understatement! The condition of the phone wasn't that great either more marks and scratches than expected think your description needs to be more realistic on condition. Wouldn't buy a iPhone again.
