Have loved bedrock bakerโs products. Confused/disappointed in my most recent experience with only one package of English muffins being shipped to me. I subscribed to the membership to avoid shipping charges and in this case I paid $20+ for one package of English muffins. I would have preferred if someone reached out to me first to see if that was what I wanted. Or if the whole order, cannot be shipped, it should not be shipped at all.

I have been a customer for quite a while. The last two experiences have not been the best.. as I have tried to contact bedrock bakers without any kind of a response back. It's very frustrating. This last purchase is probably my last.. The way you handle the claims does not work for me. It should be simple replace or reimburse.. I will not send my driver's license online. Do you know how unsafe that is.. so I'd rather be safe than sorry.. and I guess I'm out of luck with your company.
