The are really great!
Nothing like having Pagels/schmere and Lox just like everyone else at the brunch table. They hold up really well with all the toppings. Toast them first but that is always the case with GF bread products. They are also so good toasted with Cashew butter, a thin coat of strawberry jam and top with sliced bananas. BOTH are just a total yum!!!

I purchased the chocolate chip and original english muffins for my daughters, who have several food allergies. They both love these muffins! My youngest sent me a photo of her muffin after the first bite with the caption, "YUM!" she made hers with sunbutter and honey - it was delish! As a side note, my original order was sent to the wrong address and Bedrock responded immediately and sent out the correct products to me. Their customer service was wonderful to deal with.

I love the English muffins!!! Especially to make an open face fried egg with melted dairy free cheese organic garlic olive oil and organic seasonings and then sprinkling pistachios on top! :-) Also fantastic when I put a beyond burger on a slightly toasted one!! :-). Also loved making a Pesto Pizza š Pagelā£ļøOr English muffin!š¤š„° I use dairy free pesto and shredded mozzarella with organic garlic olive oil and donāt forget to add the organic oregano! :-)

After years of not being able to enjoy foods due to severe food allergies, I was so happy to find Bedrock Bakers!!! I usually end up making my own breads...but never found a recipe for bagels or English muffins that would turn out with all the substitute ingredients I had to use. I was nervous about spending the extra money not knowing if they would be good (sadly a lot of specialty foods are not), but these pagels and English muffins are so good!!! My favorites are the English muffins. Theyāre great with butter and jam or nut butter toasted for breakfast. The taste and texture are yummy and though theyāre small, theyāre filling. I have one with a side of fruit and coffee, and it fuels me through my tough workouts all the way until lunch. I have IBS, so these gluten free treats are perfect and never upset my stomach.

We recently found out my very picky (autistic) 7 year old needed to go on a gluten free and dairy free diet. He also cannot have oats or rice. This has made finding alternatives to his favorite foods (pizza & bread!) difficult.
I ordered plain english muffins and pagels, and they are incredible! He does not know I've swapped out a gluten free product (he has rejected so many alternatives!).
I love them myself -- used them as a burger bun last week and we have made bagel pizzas for my son!

Iāve been GF for four years and I have had my fair share of mediocre (at best! ) GF bagels, so I was hopeful to try something new and itās true!! Once you go Pagel you wonāt want to go back. I was weary with the cost per bag, but itās definitely worth it. In the past, store bought GF items would leave me bloated and feeling foggy, but these bagels have real ingredients that my body can deal with. Healthy ingredients, delicious and GF -canāt beat it. In addition to using these for breakfast I am using them as hamburger buns!!!! I have IBS and am on a low FODMAP diet. There are no gluten free hamburger/hotdog buns out there that even come close to tasting good, Iāve even tried making them myself. The fact that they are Paleo is even better.
