I've always been all about clean and healthy food, I'm on a plant-based diet and I'm quite obsessive with the ingredient list of everything I buy being as clean as possible. I don't believe carbs are bad in general but I do agree we don't need the crazy amount of empty carbs that comes from regular bagels, so I usually stay away from them.
