Love the candles but this was the last time I will ever order from this company, the promised delivery within 7 working days disappeared from the website after ordering as I and many others noticed. It then took four weeks for delivery and the replies when requesting information on how long it would take were few and far between. Excellent product yet the terrible customer service has lost them my business in the future and many others from what I've seen on the imperial candles Facebook page.
