Teddy itself is lovely, a little misleading tho as they are called scented cuddles, so expected them to be scented, finding out that you have to buy the scented sachets to accompany them. Too late to order and also not wanting to pay further delivery costs so have been looking for alternative sachets.

Used to be quite reliable for delivery, and quality. However over time the delivery has become totally away from the 5 working days advertised at point of sale. The quality of the jewel wrapping is also a poorer quality to what was used when the company began, and wax is always seeping into the jewel also since the double foil stopped.
