I took the time and went through your entire inventory of ties with matching cuff links and pocket squares. I chose four designs. You sent two out of the four designs I had chosen, along with other ties with designs and colors I would not have picked. I paid for FOUR specific ties, and got only two of them. Just because you decided to send something extra, which really isn't extra if you're not sending what I actually ordered. Never telling me that you're out of stock. 😡
