Not good. Could not reach a customer service rep to talk to about the order. Customer service number when dialed went directly to voice mail. When e-mailing SophGent customer service it took several days to get a reply. Extremely poor customer service.

Received partial ordered of what I paid for..still missing two black ties..no information on when I will receive them. Out if the partial order I did receive one of the ties had damage on it..it looked snagged..I sent pictures of it..no information from your company of when it would be replaced. No information on when the original order will be completed. Very poor service on your company's part.

A tie and pocket square are worth the $24 charge. Throw in a cheap pair of cuff links and double the price (the usual charge) is too much. That's why nine times out of ten I'll wait for a sale. All things considered, the ties do look pretty good.
