No support. No testing kit with matttresd cover to test if it is working. Probably a scam.

Misleading product information. I also don’t feel one bit better or different. Incredibly disappointed

I recommend Earthbound grounding mat. It is amazing. I don't know about any of the other benefits, but I can say that I am now getting a full night's rest because of this mat.

Helpful customer service.

I purchased the mattress cover. There has been no tingling like the sheet. And I have thin sheets. You can't sleep directly on the mattress pad because it's leatherette and you'd sweat and stick. I am disappointed.

We choose Earthbound because some of the other's king size mattress cover was too small. The pad left at least 3 - 4 inches of the bed uncovered.

I love how you can have a bottom sheet under you instead of sleeping directly on the other cloth types! Works fantastically!

We ordered and received 2 of your mattress pad but nothing else. You promised to send us a book with my order but we never got it.
