The company is fine ...shipped fast...checked up on their product which is more than a lot of companies do.

Shipping took a long time (10 days) and now the pad only works on one side. When I asked about it after 2 weeks I was told to wait a little longer. No book... not particularly impressed with this company

There needs to be more proactive infomation regarding the final purchase and shipping process. The sales pitch was good and logical, however results are disapointing.

Of course you pump up the positives but fail to provide the side effects for example how the mat causes some to over heat while they sleep, I am desperate to sleep yet again so will find a temp fix in cheaper grounding sheets until I find something that actually lasts for not only the price but quality function. Am wanting a full refund, please send instructions to the email that was provided so I can return both the used and the unused sheet. I believed in it so much I bought 2, what a mistake.

Customer service was great, sadly we did not notice a benefit though from using the grounding matt or mattress cover
