The company went above and beyond finding us the correct size for our split bed.

It took a while for the mat to arrive as I had ordered it on black Friday and it took a few weeks to arrive. Then in the midst of the holidays I waited before I actually put it on the bed so it’s only been on the bed for a few weeks. I did have to contact customer service as I thought that a part of the test kit may have been missing from my order. Customer service was very prompt & helpful in responding. There was no missing adapter as that was not needed for orders in USA.
