The company representative was very nice about trying to make sure I got a replacement if they could not trace my package and get it delivered to me.

I already said it all, it does not seem to work with a top sheet.

When product finally showed up I contacted Earthbound to get a return label and I was told I couldn’t return the item do to the back charge on my credit card and I would have to wait until the dispute was settled ???

Quick shipping was appreciated. I ordered 2 mats, for separate homes… If would have been icing on the cake to get a grounding check appliance for each mat, to be used in each home, but other than that everything was great! Sleeping is much better!

I really prefer the mattress pad implementation vs the sheets. the fact that you can put your fitted sheet over the mattress pad is a real improvement. I had grounding sheets before from another vendor but you were supposed to have skin on the fabric which did not feel good. The sheets eventually shredded and I am not sure they were effective. This mattress pad you can tell is doing something.
