Support department seems non existent, I believe this might be another drop shipping store with non existent staff.

I've sent a support message and haven't heard back. Sending a survey quicker than a response to a message from over 24 hours ago isn't a good look. I hope to hear something back and have my issue actually resolved.

Shay unit, for material as the thing broken two days

Seems very cheap even though I paid $43 for it. It arrived June 14 and my son used it a couple of times and it is already broken. The tee doesn't pop up anymore.

Shopping was fine, the product was not.

Broke after 15 min of use. Now the company has said they will replace so we’ll see.

Half the products didn’t arrive and the tee popper broke within a day. Only thing we have that we can use are the 6 wiffle balls.

Ordered items on May 23. It is now June 19th, and I don't know when or if I will receive the items. If it were possible to give a lower score I would have.

The launcher riser piece snapped on the third ball.

The balls that came with it were hard plastic. The ad showed the balls being maluable and that you could squeeze them. So I’m not sure if i received the older version of the balls?

Upset that this product did not perform as expected. Will not recommend

Product was not as good as advertised. Tee popper does not "pop" as high as suggested and now I am dealing with cancelling a subscription I didn't want for a membership club? Was not clear at all that that's what it was. I just bought the bundle for the extra balls for the popper. also the "booklet" that I thought was extra, I guess is not an actual physical booklet never showed up and no instructions on how to download it as I assume now that it's digital.

Shipping took forever. Too many emails that were not about my order. Popper broke already. Very cheap plastic and no weight to it. Awful product.

It is very cheaply made. You charge way too much for the quality of the product. My son dropped it, and it broke. I also never received the coaching playbook and the Dugout Club books.
