The box arrived damaged and the product didn’t work. I contacted your support team and didn’t hear back. Also the books didn’t arrive. The wiffle balls are fine I guess.

Terrible. Your product is junk. You false advertised how it works also your satisfaction guarentee is moot cause you don't do anything and now extra charges cause I'm in some dugout club?? Scam

The item does not work. The item does not pop the ball up into the air. It is very cheaply made. I need my money back. Please.

It is very cheaply made. You charge way too much for the quality of the product. My son dropped it, and it broke. I also never received the coaching playbook and the Dugout Club books.

Delivery was quick. Box came a bit banged up but the contents were in perfect shape.

Did not received what I tried to purchase. I was given a cheap knock off version of what I thought I was buying.

Arrived broken. No recourse.

The product as advertised simply did not deliver unless it was only meant to be used for under 50 pops.

Broke in first use

Submitting a return does not seem easy. Support sent me a form and now I guess I just wait?!

Its been over two weeks. Still not here yet. Item ships from overseas.

Cheap product

It literally broke the first day. It comes half way up and stops.

It was fine. I received it in a timely manner. I got a bat also and that took a couple weeks to get.

This is expensive and worked for not even one day.

Kynvale is a scam. They use picture for the Bandit Popper but send a knock off that breaks in minutes. Plus they subscribe you to "The Dugout Club" without telling you it's a subscription so they can steal another $60 from you. There isn't even a Dugout Club website.

Popper broke after two pitches, garbage product. Found out I need to cover shipping for return, absolute scam of a company. The entire thing is a rip off of a better product.
