It took over two weeks to get a response from customer service and when I asked for a return shipping label, I was told that does not provide it although your website says that you guys will provide return shipping label overall I’m highly disappointed and I will not recommend to friends and family.

The insurance process took over two weeks, even though the website states 1–3 days. There was no response at all — not through the chat or via email. Upon receiving the dress, I had to pay over €50 in taxes. The dress itself is very long, and the sleeves are also extremely long.

Too long time for delivery

J’ai passé commande le 22 septembre en pensant que le colis serait expédié depuis Barcelone, comme indiqué sur le site. C’est d’ailleurs pour cette raison que j’ai choisi une livraison DHL payante, en espérant recevoir mon colis rapidement. Avant de commander, j’ai demandé le délai de livraison et on m’a confirmé 3 à 5 jours ouvrés. Or, nous sommes le 7 octobre, et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. En plus de ce retard, j’ai eu la mauvaise surprise de recevoir un message de DHL me réclamant une taxe

Poor customer service, my package was being hold by customs (from the country of origin, not even destination) because paperwork and extra fees were missing. KAFTAN ELEGANCE did not do anything about it, they kept telling me to be patient and that's it. I had to take charge of this and solve the problem by myself with the help of DHL.
