Unfortunately, it was really a bad experience to deal with Kaftan Elegance, i have ordered since 30 of August a package of 3 kaftans, order status was showing 3-4 days maximum, still after 15 days, i didn’t receive the items and your team is not replying my messages and i have already paid the full amount!! Even DHL didn’t receive the package till now!! This is really bad.
