Horrible customer service! I absolutely don't recommend this company at all! 100% scam!

Order took two months to be delivered. Customer service was useless in helping me find out why there was such a lengthy delay. I got the same seemingly automated reply no matter what my question was and nobody could ever give me an estimated delivery date. Please consider changing the verbiage on your website to reflect the actual delivery speed so future customers are aware.

Ordered shoes two months ago and have not received the item. Reached out to customer service to cancel, have had 14 email exchanges with the same automatic response. On the outside seems like a legit company, on the backend horrible customer service experience and truly feels like a gimmick. Don't waste your time, money, energy or effort. They seduce you with their marketing but the company lacks a soul.

I never received them or was refunded after multiple emails to customer support.

Just to say, I expressed that I have a tear in one of the shoe and nowhere to go about reporting it but Facebook. I was expected a fix but nothing happens. Fake customer service.

I think the shoes were a great purchase but a little disappointed with the mystery box.

Ordered at the end of February and it is the beginning of April and I have still not gotten my order.

I never received my order, and when I reached out I never received a response. I’m going to pursue a refund with my bank. This was very scammy and I won’t be ordering again.

Scam/fraud. Purchased more than a month ago and still hasn’t arrived, although I received an email from the company asking about my purchase. Will be disputing the charge on my card and getting a new one.

It took a really long time to arrive. They’re made in china. Quality seems different than ads. One pair has the logo, the other seems like something bought off Temu, etc.

This company is a scam do NOT order from them! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online order. I ordered over 2 months ago and my order is “in transit”. I only just received my tracking number a month ago which was a month after I ordered. At this point the shoes aren’t going to fit my kid. I’ve reached out to their customer multiple times and that’s how I was able to get this bogus tracking number. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they’ve flat out refused saying
