I haven't received the shoes. Tried contacting company. They give false tracking number. Tracking package says there is no package . Also the URL goes to nothing.

Shipping is very slow, ordered on February 24th & still haven’t received my package! Contacted support 3 times & they still aren’t able to tell me where my package is. Shipping said it would be here March 9th-March 20th.

My item never arrived, so what I paid for just disappeared.

I have never received my order and was not offered a refund/have my order be sent again after talking to costumer service. It has been almost 6 weeks now with no shoes and I have order from another company. I am very disappointed that the shoes never came.

Company is a scam, shoes don't even fit properly. No support. Mailed the wrong the items. Took a month to receive the items.

Order not received since mid February. I contacted customer service with several emails and no response for days.

I never received any of the product. I even reached out to see if they would just refund my order and I never heard back from them. Their customer service is nonexistent and the shop feels like a scam. I highly caution purchasing from this vendor!

Wait for product was long.

I ordered on March 2nd and as of Apr 3rd i still have not received my package. I reached out to customer service last week asking for a refund. They refused and told me to wait an additional 10 days even though they could not tell me where the package currently was. Now the company is asking me to leave a review? Sure thing. Don't buy these unless you want your kid to be too big for them by the time they arrive.

I never received the items I ordered and then they started emailing me asking to review the items I never got. Support is a Joke and they can't answer questions. Their only answers are “There are no issues with your order,” and “Check tracking.” However, the tracking I can see on their website says that my products should have arrived by March 21, 2025, at the latest.

Terrible- as it's been nearly 6 weeks since order was placed and still waiting for delivery yet getting emails to rate experience

Terrible customer service and no follow up or follow through. My package (if it exists) is lost in the mail. Your company is a scam. Shame on you!

Waited almost 4 weeks for my shipment and was unable to track it through the system and also the shoe arrived with holes in the mesh

Delivery took too long. Over a month. Poor communication. Terrible customer service.

The delivery is taking WAY too long. I haven’t received the shoes after waiting over a month. I’m starting to think the free shoes was a scam. I’ve waited so long for the shoes to come- it’s hard to believe that they are still actually on the way.
