Very slow

Took quite awhile to arrive... forgot I even ordered them

They offered an add on of a mystery box. I had to wait over 2 months to get my order and when I finally did the only extra thing in there was a plastic bag with a pair of open ended socks with grippys on them. Apparently these are "knee pads". Don't label something a BOX if it's ONE item. That's intentionally deceitful. And $8 for that?! They used to throw these into orders for free (clearly trying to get rid of them because they don't sell) I won't be purchasing from this company again, ever.

Great! Just took a bit longer than expected to receive.

Never received my order

Horrible! Do not shop here! I never received my items I purchased over 2 months ago. My items are stuck in shipping somewhere. Reached out to the company and was told it’s not their problem. Never again!

Delivery takes forever and you can’t track your order

Easy to use but, no notifications about when and where the shoes are.

Took weeks for the shoes to arrive. 6 weeks. That’s way too long, so I won’t be ordering again.

The wait was long, but expected. The quality control on these is horrid. The sizes did not match at all.

The order took longer than felt comfortable, to be delivered. I had to request proof of delivery.

Never got either of my orders! It’s been two months!

Super hard to get anyone to listen to any concerns and just generally scripted responses that don't address the problem

Took forever and no notification was sent out on why it was taking forever. When I reached out about it customer service didn’t seem friendly.

This company is very scammy. I ordered three pairs of shoes from this company: The "Free Today" standard shoes, the Fall Edition and the Spring Edition. All three shoes fit differently and it's obvious that they are made by different manufacturers. All three fit differently and the Spring Editions are already falling apart. The company claims to ship from Denmark but the package was postmarked from China. I would not order from them again.

Never arrived, scam

We paid for 2 pairs and only received one.

It was fine

It took two months to get my order. By the time they arrived, my grandsons feet were already too big for the 12-18mo socks. I will have to pass those down to my granddaughter who will be walking soon. Wish I had ordered more of the larger ones!

Took 2 months to deliver and customer service was absolutely terrible.

They are responsive and good at communicating when I reached out with some questions.

The tracking number didn't work and the order didn't arrive.

Shipping took a long time, almost forgot I ordered these things. But there's a lot going on in the world right now, so who knows where the blame lies.

Horrible shipping and tracking. Took forever to arrive and estimated delivery continued to be delayed

They put the wrong address and parcel was delivered in town that was 300+ kilometres away. Plus, the mobile number was also wrong so unknown person picked the parcel up.

It took to long to get the purchase. I ordered it at the beginning of march and didn’t get it til April. My daughter had already out grew them.
