Overall customer service is very responsive and quick to help with order mishaps. The shoes are fantastic and I would 100% recommend.
I want to purchase more shoes but im worried the order will have missing shoes again Ironically the only shoes that didn't arrive were the ones I need for an event. I did get a new tracking number however no shoes in sight still and tracking hasn't changed. I would give 5 stars if my order had arrived complete.
