Product never came in

Took too long to ship. I waited almost 8 weeks to get these.

Never received the shoes and no refund.

The shoes are incredibly cheap and are not made well. The order also took two months to arrive, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. Each time I responded to an email about the issue it started a new conversation with a new agent that I would have to start over with again. All agents gave me the run around and were not able to answer any of my questions. I was then back charged by $26 by the company and had to contest it with my bank.

Company sent shipment to the wrong address. Would not rectify problem.

Took over a month for us to get product. Customer service was good to work with which earned an additional star but overall not exceptionally happy with our overall experience.

The 3 pair of kids shoes are great but the overall experience was terrible!! I purchased 3 for one shoes and on checkout was offered ‘Premium Insoles’ for £6.99 and a ‘Mystery Box Valued at over $30.00’ which i purchased but never received, and was told that the insoles were already in the shoes, which indeed were but the regular thin foam ones, nothing ‘Premium’ about them, nor did i receive any item ‘…Valued at over $30.00’ only a single pair of cheap kid’s knee pad which when looking on Amaz

Bad quality

Shipping too long and return policy horrible. Also bad customer service. Don’t say oh your website you will provide a feee pair of shoes because of the long shipping and then ignore customer repeated when asked about it.

Sizing is incorrect. Sizes run small.

Terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. My items are in a magical shipping limbo where customer service cannot issue a refund or cancel the order for months now. I am now disputing this purchase with my bank. Insane.

My Order Never Arrived

My daughter didn’t like them and refused to wear them. So I wanted to return them. I emailed and waited days with no response. I emailed again and eventually received a response that wasn’t as helpful as much it was a deterrent. Telling me I could return it if I paid for it to be shipped back to China. Delivery took longer than expected. Not very much information on delivery other than 10-14 day delivery notice when ordering. Shoes are great quality. Just that they did not fit my child

I'm missing two sets of shoes that I paid for. The ones that I got are nice except for they took a month to get to me. But I'm still missing two pairs

I got a really good deal for all the shoes I purchased and was impressed by the quality of the shoes that I got. I would highly recommend the brand to anyone! However I did get the package way past the expected due date and I did feel like the discounted mystery gift couldn't have been worth $30 for thin knee pads. I gave higher stars for the review since I was very satisfied with the shoe purchase.
