This was my second order at Ventis Vision and I'm soooo happy with everything. Everything looks beautiful, is wearable and comfortable. It's recognisable for anyone in the know and for everyone else it's just a super cool piece.

While the shipping was quite lengthy (no fault of theirs), their products are quite nice, the texture is durable and the designs are spectacular!

It was definitely worthy to wait for.

Every piece of clothing is better than the last !

Used store few times already and might come back in the future again when I will like new collection. My only complain is that things are so pretty that some sold out too fast and I can't get a piece :( Love your clothes, designs are amazing!

Easy to understand and shop. : ) I love the cute options for being able to showcase my favorite characters through every day clothing. I have bought pieces through this same designer on her sister site Astral Arrival and will keep coming back.

I love them so much, and if I had more money, I would give it all to them!

The only reason I’ve given 4 stars is because I would have appreciated regular updates while I was waiting for the product to give me assurance my order would be received, especially as I had never bought from them before.

Great communication, they really listen to customers and are happy to help with any concerns. Even with the long wait times between purchase and delivery due to it being preorders, i never feel worried or concerned about if it will come because they are always responding and updating their socials

Generally good, except that I’ve ordered a tshirt once in small size and the size that arrived definitively wasn’t small (the clothing tag says it is however but it’s… it’s huge.) also had an issue about my order being lost and delayed for a year at one of my orders.

We always look for new designs and drops. We have already purchased 2 jackets, 1 dress, tee and trousers, we have loved them all, their sizing is spot on, all true to size.

If ,as a store, you're going to have mentions of returns and exchanges in your selling terms you may actually want to offer that when someone gives feedback saying their item was not up to standard rather than denying the issue. Either TOS needs to change or someone else needs to handle customer service because it was absolutely horrific.
