Ventis Vision store reviewsSee product reviews

The jackets and cardigans are always unique and fit the characters well

I've bought from Ventis Vision on several occasions, my general experience is always good.

Great customer service. Sometimes it takes long to receive the order, but it's something you'll know when placing the order, as most of these are pre-orders.

This was my second order at Ventis Vision and I'm soooo happy with everything. Everything looks beautiful, is wearable and comfortable. It's recognisable for anyone in the know and for everyone else it's just a super cool piece.

While the shipping was quite lengthy (no fault of theirs), their products are quite nice, the texture is durable and the designs are spectacular!

It was definitely worthy to wait for.

Yes 👌

Very responsive.

Every piece of clothing is better than the last !

Used store few times already and might come back in the future again when I will like new collection. My only complain is that things are so pretty that some sold out too fast and I can't get a piece :( Love your clothes, designs are amazing!

Great

I always tend to panic about what the things are actually going to get to me. And so I feel bad for emailing. However they're always so nice about.

Easy to understand and shop. : ) I love the cute options for being able to showcase my favorite characters through every day clothing. I have bought pieces through this same designer on her sister site Astral Arrival and will keep coming back.

I love them so much, and if I had more money, I would give it all to them!

🫶🏾nice people that take the time to help

I’m very grateful I’m part of the email list so I’m able to snag the items I really want!

All the items I've ordered from Ventis Vision have been great quality and arrived in great condition!

It took months to get the coat

nothing special to tell about.

Been buying your products for the past few years, even though the wait is long, it's really worth it!

Easy to understand layout

I am very happy with the service. Im wearing my venti vision glam all the time!

They communicate and inform you very well

I really love the unofficial merche that they do but I'm a bit tired waiting almost 6 month without updates from the product

Ordered many times and love to wear every single piece!

The only reason I’ve given 4 stars is because I would have appreciated regular updates while I was waiting for the product to give me assurance my order would be received, especially as I had never bought from them before.

Great communication, they really listen to customers and are happy to help with any concerns. Even with the long wait times between purchase and delivery due to it being preorders, i never feel worried or concerned about if it will come because they are always responding and updating their socials

Generally good, except that I’ve ordered a tshirt once in small size and the size that arrived definitively wasn’t small (the clothing tag says it is however but it’s… it’s huge.) also had an issue about my order being lost and delayed for a year at one of my orders.

We always look for new designs and drops. We have already purchased 2 jackets, 1 dress, tee and trousers, we have loved them all, their sizing is spot on, all true to size.

I love it!

No Problems at all

:3

Very high-quality goods, I'm always happy with my orders

Thank you!!

Everything I have gotten is very well made and worth the price.

I’ll defenitly come back

If ,as a store, you're going to have mentions of returns and exchanges in your selling terms you may actually want to offer that when someone gives feedback saying their item was not up to standard rather than denying the issue. Either TOS needs to change or someone else needs to handle customer service because it was absolutely horrific.
