first order was great. Disappointed with this second order and the response when I contacted you about the very thin bully sticks. I feel you could have offered to send 2 better size sticks rather than just say they were an acceptable size. Not good customer service and not the way to get repeat business. I will look elsewhere for my dog treats in future.

The big bones really do last forever. We are actually thinking about going for the smaller sizes for our larger dogs because they can’t get to the middle and end up giving up and whining. They’re amazing bones though so it’s worth it to find the right size.
