Customer service is excellent, when I first ordered the marrow bones, I got the large size and they were just a bit too big for her so I emailed customer service and they were able to switch her to the medium sized bones, which were much better. So easy and got a response the same day! I had subscribed and they were about to be mailed out and they were able to switch it over before they went out. Fantastic!
