Placed the order and got it in an about a week. Website was easy to use and the sizing guide helped me figure out what to order.

For a specific fit underwear (great idea), the fit guidelines were not easy to follow (maybe I don't handle enough different types of balls?).

Love my prior purchases and comfort is top notch!!!!

The shipping comes from China, probably directly from the manufacturer. I wasn't pleased with having to wait the extra few days for the boat to cross the ocean. I could have just bought these directly from aliexpress- at a far cheaper price. If you're not going to hold your product in the US, you're basically a dropshipper- and that should be stated on the website. Your return policy is also garbage. I should be able to return these with no issue if they're physically uncomfortable to be in.

Stock was low or out on many styles. I’d prefer single pairs for purchase so I can try them, but I get why you bundle them. Overall 9/10 for customer service and quality product.

I ordered the wrong size and they replaced them with no delay and conditions. They did not ask for the others back so I donated them to men shelter.

It would have been better if I could place an order with a bunch of singles. I ordered the nylon v-fly briefs when they came out even though I knew I wouldn't like them as much as modal. I ordered a B in those and my junk was a bit crushed. I gave up on them and I had to buy 3 pairs to figure this out. I would have ordered different pouch sizes and different styles to test them out. I am hesitant to buy a 3 pack of a style/material just to try it out.

Overall this company makes an amazing product. Still new and they are still growling. Would like to talk to their designers about some potential styles and improvements. They do care about their customers and ship fast.
