When i tried to do a return because I was testing out 2 different sizes, they were excellent to deal with. It was no questions asked and they allowed me to swap to a different style (that actually was slightly higher price because it wasn't on sale). I asked about returning the other pairs and they just said to donate them. Very easy and helpful experience and I have no complaints at all.

This is the other thing, competitors took weeks to ship. Some coming from China, which wasn't obvious during the ordering process. Real Men Apparel shipped right away, and I had them in a few days. Amazing for a custom product.

Absolute best customer service. Needed to exchange for a different size. Was sent a the new set and told to donate the wrong size to a homeless shelter instead of sending back to be thrown away. Companies Iike this dont exist much any more but they stand behind their name and have earned a lifelong customer.

I love the feel of the modal boxer briefs. I got the 7 inch, V-fly boxer briefs, and think the pouch may be a little too small. It's nearly a good fit, but after a few hours the pouch sags and it's a peekaboo to my pubic area. I'll have to try a new waist and pouch combo to see if there's a better fit for me.
