I've made three orders so far, and all orders were correct and arrived within a week. There are many of out-of-stock items, at least in my size, but I finally figured out I could filter them out. My only disappointment is on the one-day September mystery pack, they ran out of my size by 7:15 am EDT.

My experience in returning this purchase and getting a credit has been overly complicated. Some dozen emails back and forth to obtain the store credit then following the email instructions on how to apply the store credit for a new purchase did not work. Now I have to send another email to rectify this. Additionally the information I was given by different people who signed emails was inconsistent. I feel really let down and the high esteem I had for your company has been tarnished.
