The customer service here is top notch! I ordered a few pair for my first order. I got the B pouch. The B pouch for the strapless jock fit well, it was too big for my boxer briefs. I contacted the company to do an exchange and get some in the A pouch. They not only refunded me the money for the boxer briefs, but gave me a discount off my next order. They are prompt and very helpful in responding and resolving any issues. The modal briefs are the most comfortable pair of underwear too
