When I first placed my order, due to the layout of the site & checkout procedure, it charged me for two orders. There was no number to call to immediately correct the error, change, or cancel the order. It was cumbersome to rely on sending an email to know for sure if it was received. To cover all bases, I sent an email through the website, AI chatbot, and via the Facebook page. I finally got a response & the order was cancelled so that I could then reorder.
