Your shipping needs improvement. I ordered four and 3 of them arrived very wobbly. Poorly packaged so no wonder they don’t ship well. The boxes can be compressed during shipping. Awful to open a brand new item and have it wobbly/broken out of the box.

The pkg that sent them was virtually destroyed en route and I was uncertain if they would work properly. But I persevered and was able to get them to work. I informed the seller of this and they indicated if they did not work as intended they would send replacements. It will be a couple of weeks before I use them for my puzzle.
