Had no way to see where product came from just its moving is a piss poor description. Shows came from illinois. Yet tracking show it had to clear international ports. Be upfront with people and tell them where you are located. I could find nothing on your website other than a California mention.

I tired to correct a shipping address error within MINUTES of submitting the order. They emailed and said they received the update and corrected it. BUT - the order still went to the wrong address. I had to go across town and pick up the product and then it doesn't work well - it won't keep a charge for more than an hour.
