One of the two lamps purchased rattles as if broken inside. The process for returning damaged merchandise is unclear.

Despite requesting help twice in 2 ½ months, I never received the lamps and YOU KEPT MY MONEY.

The lamps came 2 months too late and the package were quite damaged. But it maybe that is was more the shipping companys fault. Otherwise it has worked well.

One lamp arrived broken. The lamps seem really cheap. the top of one lamp was tilted and then broke off when I touched it.

Shipping took a couple of weeks, so be patient!

Delivery of product was extremely slow.

I do not feel it give enough light. The bulbs are a low wattage and only give enough light to go a section of a 12”-18” of brighter area. You have to move your light around the puzzle with you. It very practical. :-(

My experience was great. I bothered them a couple of times to find out where my ouder was. They told me how to do it.

I know it was free shipping, and I appreciate that. But it took a month and a half for me to receive the lights without any explanation as to where the product was in the transportation efforts other than it's on the way.

Pretty disappointed with shipment tracking. Delivery waiting and product’s quality.

Never buy another product

You could improve by next time sending someone a return label right away when they ask for one instead of making them play 20 questions. I found the quality of the lamp extremely cheap. I didn’t like it at all quite frankly it didn’t help me to put my puzzles together whatsoever because the light quality wasn’t that great. I am not at all happy with the purchase. Had you not made the return process so frustrating I would not have left a review for others to read or complained on other sites where you advertised the lamps. When someone has a purchase that they’re not at all happy about the last thing they need is to have a frustrating return process.

Little slow on delivery

shopping experience was OK but delivery was bad. Box was very dented and wrapped in some paper with tape wraped around carelessly. I was really surprised the lamp was not damaged.

Very slow shipping, would never have bought them if I had know where they were coming from.

Also bought heaters that were worthless so I won’t be buying from Vykker in the future

Nothing special

It took forever to get here. I should’ve just ordered something similar off of Amazon so I could have returned it easily

Too difficult to return a lamp that did not charge/work immediately.

The box was heavily damaged. Fortunately the lamp was in one piece and worked after charging.

I had to check status of order delivery several times because it took so long. The customer reps were helpful and courteous, but the delivery time was way too long.

The advertising led us to expect a very bright light, which it is not. It boasted that the battery would last for many hours on a single charge. Ours last for three hours at the most. Also, while attempting to read reviews of the lamp in the ads you sent to my email, I found that customer reviews seemed to be conveniently censored. Conclusion: your company seems lacking in ethical business practices.

Took quite a while to receive but they did answer me right back after I asked them about the shipping

Took a while to arrive and the box was a bit squashed, but no damage to the lamp.

Took a long time to come (6 1/2 weeks) I had forgotten about them.
