Shipping took too long.

Ordering was easy, Support was responsive.

Easy to order. Received the product promptly. Well boxed to keep it from getting damaged in transit.

Not upfront about the whole shipping but I did see on website that it takes like 12 days. If I need another one I may try another company to compare

Customer service was not helpful in locating my package and has not offered a solution to the fact that it was never delivered- it was marked as delivered with a photo of my parents' house and no image of the actual package. I sent this to my mom as a Mother's Day gift and feel that I was scammed by an Instagram company.

Very little communication regarding my order. I wasn't aware it was going to take months to get the order, and the tracking is lacking.

The one I bought arrived broken and they replaced it very quickly.

Getting responses was sometimes slow, and shipping issues created a headache, but they eventually got my shipping issues resolved and we finally received our order.

Ordered product on Feb 2nd and still waiting for delivery on May 2nd is poor. When queried why delivery was taking so long was just fobbed off with "it's a delay with the courier" - not good enough! No update as to where the product is and no offer to make anything right. Wish I'd never ordered and to keep being asked to "rate us" is just rubbing salt in the wound!

The service was fine but the product is worthless.

Love this! Three of us work on puzzles together, and all three need different lighting needs. So...I bought three! This fits the bill PERFECTLY! The only thing that concerned me was the tracking information. For almost two weeks I was told it was in transit, but no details. But the day before delivery all the transit information popped up. I guess I didn't realize it was coming from outside the country and would take longer. But it got here in the end, all well and good. I am very happy with the purchase.
