They asked me for a physical address, which I provided, then said I provided the wrong address, when I went to check status, I saw that the shoes were coming USPS not UPS, when I messaged them about that, they told me I provided the wrong address, I proceeded to tell them I provided them what they asked me for. I never got a refund and didn't get any shoes and my son did not get his Christmas gift. I will not order from them again. They did not take ownership for their mistake.
