Paid for expedited shipping on December 8th and did not receive my order until December 23rd. I ordered early and paid the $35 extra to make sure I had it on time. The “managing director”, Justin Kontour was less than helpful and told me to “be patient” when I inquired about my order to be cancelled after the period of time that it should have been shipped. I would not recommend ordering through this website.
