You don’t care about your customers shame on you

Apart from the shredded cover the case itself is great. One thing to consider as the built in charger has a cable it does cause issues - I was asked off the plane to open the case and show I had disconnected the power pack (can’t fly with that attached). All good as we had time and they had bought the bag to the plane - also had people wondering what was going on hehehe!

Not a lot to tell. I placed my order on line, paid for it and it was delivered.

Emails ignored when I requested help to return my purchase.

I’m not gonna be using it until November

Great till have a problem

Air Tag Was listed as Free with Solo subscription 1 year, but I have been automatically billed for a 12 month subscription in addition to my original case purchase, which was not an insignificant amount. Feel very strongly that this is misleading sales to claim it is free but then “automatically” be enrolled for a 12 month subscription. No matter how good the cases may be, this shady sales tactic has put me off ever purchasing again in the future. Very shortsighted sales ploy by NOBL.

Poor product, refusing to put right, ignored emails and unfulfilled promises. I would give zero if I could.

The cases I ordered were delivered within days. I was very impressed. As I was with the communication from NOBL confirming my order and advising me of the delivery date.
