The cases I ordered were delivered within days. I was very impressed. As I was with the communication from NOBL confirming my order and advising me of the delivery date.

Bought a set of suitcases… thought they be the same colour when ordered but different… as very similar and needed to travel imminently then I didn’t mind but some people may. Loved the fact the order arrived within 48 hours of order.

Slow delivery. Charged subscription without specifically asking. Difficult to cancel

Awful customer service. over 5 business days to receive a shipping label to send back (which I still haven't received). Then told that once they receive the bag it will take 10-15 business days to receive the refund
