Very helpful.

I'm happy with the sabers.

Took a little longer to receive my order, but as soon as I emailed them they confirmed my order and gave me an exact shipping date.

Love SWA, will recommend to all my friends and will probably buy more lightsabers from here in the future

Customer service is lacking if you buy something on a special and it arrives in an inoperable state. They told me several weeks ago that a replacement saber would be sent out, but have not fulfilled this promise nor has anyone answered my questions about what's being done. Sabers are pretty, and the ones that work works beautifully, but if one arrives broken there is no desire to rectify the issue. For the money, I would rather go with another brand that seems to have better CS response and follow through

They are not good about letting you know how your order is going but if you email them they will respond, I did not receive an email when they shipped but they arrived in good shape and seemed well pkged.Drg

We had no problems. We didn’t hear from you after the order confirmation email. So about a week went by and only way to get a hold of you was the chat feature. But you answered question quickly and and told us when they were going to ship out, and they shipped when you said and only took a couple days to receive after you said they would ship out. They were received in a great condition, packed well and was very pleased overall. Was hesitant to purchase because I didn’t find much info on your company. But happy we did. Thank you!

Customer service is great! I sent two questions about my order and got a response in less than one minute each time, including on a Sunday. This level of customer service in invaluable.

Communication with shipping was kind of weak. But excellent customer support, they always responded when I asked a question. Would buy again!

They're pretty good but the ads are kinda misleading

Never got a tracking number, the sabers showed out of the blue.

It was incredibly easy to purchase multiple lightsabers online. And the ability to ask questions through the website was very helpful

Shipping took a while d/t the holidays, customer service got back to me promptly. The product was worth the wait.

Missing an item I ordered.

I would have to say It was good. It took a little while for my Saber to come In, but I can understand why. And customer service was really helpful. Packaging on the other hand was not so good. My Saber's box came In damaged, But thankfully my Saber wasn't damaged. So I would say It was good, but I know It can be better.

Enjoy them overall, some QC issues.

Trash Sabers! I see why they give them away for buy one get two free. The showed up and only one worked! One would light up but swing sounds only happened after blade stopped moving. Not a smooth swing sound like a saber forge. Other two wouldn’t even work even after a full charge. Tried switching out batteries and still nothing. Save you money on this stuff and goto saberforge and get a good saber!

Fun to play with and durable

The only downside, can also be seen as an upside as well; the sabers are made by the company which can make them take awhile to actually ship. If you want to have them in time for an event for example, order them at least a month before to allow time for manufacturing and shipping.

Got here quicker than expected since it was ordered closer to Christmas. Only a week or so later than that.

It took a while for them to get the order finished but once it shipped it arrived quickly.

They made these to order and it took a bit longer than I wanted but once I found out they were making them as ordered while having a unbelievable sale meant they were overwhelmed with orders. They explained it to me and I was set at ease and when they showed up I was overjoyed.

Shipping takes awhile, but worth the wait.

Shipment was little slow and did not arrive in the 3-5 days... it was before Christmas so this was a small issue even if somewhat understandable.

Website was great, good photos of the hilts to be able to pick one you liked. For a buy-1-get-2 deal, there was surprisingly a lot of options available, where I mostly assumed I'd buy one and be stuck with minimal choices, or even no choices at all.

I had a pretty good experience overall. I have no issues with the sabers and accessories I have purchased. However, my orders took a long time to process. I bought the sabers on November 20th, as well as some accessories on the 21st, and received confirmations for both orders, but I did not receive an update until I contacted them on December 23rd out of worry and concern. Was ready to wait 3-4 weeks for my orders to process, due to it being the holiday season at the time, but I was not ready for the 5th week. Fortunately, I did receive a tracking number on December 26th for my orders, which were then delivered on the 30th.

Order arrived earlier than expected but was missing part of the order. Email correspondence on a Sunday quickly resolved the issue and they sent me the tracking number for the missing item by that evening. They run awesome specials.

Despite it taking a long time to arrive, they were good with tracking, as well as prompt customer service.
