Well I had purchased this a few weeks ahead of my wife’s birthday and a week and a half ahead of a family
vacation. The website says 2-3 business days for delivery so I figured I had time to receive it before heading on our vacation. 2 business days had gone by when I contacted customer service because I hadn’t received the shipped out confirmation nor a tracking number. I was in the online queue in the morning and they finally replied back in the afternoon. They said that my order could take a week to ship out. I then asked them to hold off on shipping it till I knew we were going to be home after our vacation, she said she would put a note on the file. Two days after that the item ships for Pete sakes, like really? I did receive the item three days after that, the day we went away! But this experience was not amazing. My wife will be opening it soon so we have yet to see any ‘results’.

When the website finally was working for me to purchase my order after I explained to the team the site was faulty, everything was great and I could order. Since purchasing I've heard nothing from the company for advice or help. But the mask is wonderful, I am saving for the Panel as I don't like the fact that the mask doesn't cover the nose properly and it also doesn't cover the upper lip or chin!
