Requested a replacement for my lumarapanel controller that stopped working under guarantee more than a month ago. Haven't received it yet. I emailed a few times and the response is super slow. The items sold by this company are very expensive, the costumer service should be better. The plugs are American, so y an adaptor is needed in order to use the device. Since they are selling in Europe they should provide European plugs. Using an adaptor is a added hassle
