Ordered the Original FlyHugz Travel Pillow (premium gray) and FlyHugz First Class Bundle (princess pink). Disappointed that the Original Travel Pillow did not come as a set with the matching sleep mask.

Yes..the online ordering was a little confusing; wasn't sure if ut was US or Canadian dollars. I did reach out to the company to express my concern & was refunded the difference from US to Canadian dollars.

It works but it's not all that comfortable. The velcro and the stiff edges rub my neck. It accomplished the job but it was not comfortable. I'm going to keep it because it's better than anything else I have tried, but I'm not thrilled.

Haven’t used the product yet, but the companies business etiquette needs improving.

Great customer service and very quick response. I had a small issue with my delivery and they fixed it fast and were very nice.

Comfy pillow

Nothing else to add, I enjoyed my purchase. View previous comment section regarding a specific comment regarding my sleep mask. If there was a FlyHugz sleep mask available for purchase on either the Orlando or Atlanta airports I would've purchased a replacement sleep mask before flying back to South Africa. Instead, I had to get a cheaper mask and though it did the job, it was not as comfortable at my FlyHugz sleep mask.

Product arrived in a decent timeframe

I ordered a silk cover and it never arrived. I wrote customer service and they just said it was delivered! Not at my house. I needed the cover because of a skin irritation and they have never responded or sent a replacement. Weak service.

poor customer service and other company selling the same pillow cost less

Very comfortable I’m heading to Spain soon and I plan to use the neck pillow, I already have no problem sleeping on a plane, but just this just enhances the deepness of my sleep

Already used my pillow for a 26 hour trip and was very happy with it. Also love the eye Ccover, nice and compfy, without digging in anywhere. Really block out the lights great!!!
