Worst customer experience ever had. Would not recommend your product to anyone. Deliver time missed and because I received the product late, I had to purchase something else. I received product on January 8 when it was suppose to be delivered before Christmas. Then claim received the package from Canada post on December 25, when they don’t deliver then. I have been emailing and calling since December 22. Product arrives on Jan 8 and they are refusing to refund and provide return shipping address and HONOUR their 60 day return policy if in original packaging, so it sits in the original packaging on my dining room table. Also missing book that was to be included.
