I was soooo looking forward to using these new titanium fry pans, but I'm very disappointed, that on the first use, the middle part of the pans 'burn' any food that is cooking. Even on low heat!1 The scrambled eggs that I was making would not cook sufficiently on low heat, as turning the heat up would burn any egg in the middle of the pan. Just very disappointed as the advertising says perfect even cooking of food!!
