I ordered the 8-in pan when I wanted the 10-in pan. When I tried to return it it was explained to me that the warranty is only good for a pan that was unused. What's the purpose of a 30-day warranty? Who's going to keep a pan for 30 days and not use it? The only recourse was to offer me a discount on another purchase.
