The replacement process was not great. Slow response times, however they did replace my couch due to a defect. The problem, they left me lumped with the disposal of the old couch, this is a pain and doesn't really match their marketing materials that say they dispose of the couch. While the couch is comfy i wouldn't call it a high quality product and wouldn't purchase from Rove Lab again due to this experience.
